How does this financial health diagnostic work?+
Upload your financial statements (forms 2033 or 2050–2059). The tool automatically analyses your key indicators — EBITDA, solvency, working capital, payment terms — and compares them against benchmarks from companies in your sector to produce a score out of 100 and a personalised action plan.
Which financial indicators are analysed?+
The diagnostic covers 5 dimensions: revenue growth, profitability (EBITDA/revenue), solvency (equity / total assets), liquidity (working capital / revenue) and tax compliance. Each indicator is compared against the medians and quartiles of SMEs in your sector.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Defacto is a regulated financial institution subject to the banking sector's data security requirements. Your financial statements are transmitted via an encrypted connection and processed in a secure environment compliant with current standards.
How often should I run a financial health diagnostic?+
Ideally after each financial year-end, once a year. Regular diagnostics let you track the evolution of your financial indicators and anticipate weaknesses before they become critical.
Does this diagnostic replace the advice of an accountant?+
No. This is a free indicative tool for an initial read of your key indicators and to identify areas to work on. For personalised guidance and advice tailored to your situation, consult your accountant.
